MERCHANDISE RETURN
Should any product not meet your expectations, whatever the reason, please call our Sales Team at 770-961-5110 to establish a Return Number. New Product must be returned within 30 days via insured Parcel Post or UPS in its original box with a copy of the original invoice to: STT Safety Equipment, LLC, 175 Andrew Drive Ste. 100 Stockbridge, GA 30281 - DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
We take great pride in our products right down to insuring that the products are carefully packaged and in good condition. All damaged merchandise claims should be made to the carrier. All packaging materials must be presented to the carrier with your claim. Please Do Not send any damaged merchandise to STT Safety Equipment, LLC without prior approval.
SHIPPING
All merchandise is shipped via UPS. When UPS can not be utilized an alternate carrier will be selected. Be assured that we will select the best and economical method of shipment for your merchandise. The customer assumes responsibility for all shipping charges. Sorry no C.O.D. orders.
PAYMENT
STT Safety Equipment, LLC accepts payments by Visa and MasterCard. All foreign orders must be prepaid in full in US Funds only. We are unable to accept personal or company checks without prior approval.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Special Order products are non refundable and not returnable. A 50% deposit is required on all Special Order products.
LIMITED WARRANTY AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
STT Safety Equipment, LLC warrants all products to be free from defect in material and workmanship prior to installation when used according the the manufacturer's instructions. Warranty does not include damage to the product as a result of abuse of the product, normal wear and tear or misuse. STT Safety Equipment, LLC does not make any warranties expressed or implied including without limitation, warrant to fitness, or merchantability of any of our products for particular use or purpose due to extreme stress applications to which this product is subjected.
